* We provide lightweight fold chairs and 50x70 boards for all our guests and pre-holiday advise about equipment. Some places we will visit might be in steep places and you might need to walk short distances up rough tracks to reach the location. There is, however, always a member of the staff available throughout the day for those who require assistance at the locations.
* As there aren't many efficient shops selling professional painting materials in the town, please don't forget to bring the materials that you especially want to use ( like special brushes, paints and pencils ).You might not find them here...

What's included in the price:

Half board accomodation in standard rooms ( breakfast and dinner), guided walks and all lessons, entrance fees to historical places, picnic lunches during walking and painting holidays, welcome coctail, usage of the amenities of the hotel like squash court, table tennis, billiards etc.
* For culinary tours lunches at restaurants are also included in the price.

What's not included:

Flight, transfer from and to the airport, drinks, lunches, travel insurance.

How to make a booking:

Please do contact us for first so that we can make a provisional reservation for you and send you a booking form.

We'll hold this with no obligation for seven days. This will be secured upon the receipt of a completed booking form and your deposit.

The credit card number & card details are required in the booking form. Plus a deposit of 125 £ is required for the confirmation of your reservation.

After Booking:

We confirm in writing your reservation and receipt of your deposit.

The balance is to be paid by cash or credit card upon arrival.

If you cancel your booking:

If for any reason you cancel your holiday after we have issued the holiday receipt, you must notify in writing. The cancellation of your holiday comes into effect upon receipt of the written notification from you and the following charges will be due:

The deposit is not refundable within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday.
Cancellation without informing the hotel: 100 %

If we alter or cancel your booking:

**All the activities are to be organized with the participation of at least 5 people.

If we cancel or significantly alter an important element of the holiday, we will offer the choice of an alternative date or a full refund. However we will not refund the flight expenses.

Early Bird reduction: 22 € / 15 £ for booking 2 months in advance

Book 2 weeks and get 52 € / 35 £ off

Previous visitors of activity holidays: 22 € / 15 £ discount

Maximum discount: 96 € / 65 £
