* Important notice: On-line reservation is possible only for guests residing outside of Turkey. TC citizens are kindly asked to fax their reservation form to +90 252 3577421.
Step 1. Check for Availability
To check for availability, please fill in the "Check For Availability Form " . We will be get back to you shortly about availability and rates.

The reservation department is available from 08:00 to 21:00.
Step 2. Confirm Your Reservation
*After having checked for availability, if you would like to confirm your reservation, we would kindly ask you to fill in the reservation form and send it by e-mail or fax. The form should have your digital signature if you send it by e-mail. Afterwards we will send you your confirmation document.The form is not an online form. Faxed forms arrive in a secure room, so please do not have any safety considerations while faxing.
*For a firm reservation a credit card guarantee is required.
Visa, master, diners, maestro card holders: full name ,card number, expiration date and the security code - last 3 digits of the number found at the rear of the card
American Express card holders: full name ,card number, expiration date and the security code - 4 digit number found at the front of the card.
Important: Please note that the expiration date of the card should be after your departure date.
*To confirm your reservation 30 % of the total amount will be charged in advance. The balance will be withdrawn at check in time and extras (food/beverages) on departure.
*Regarding the deposit; if wire transfer is used instead of a credit card , the total cost of the reservation should be sent.
*Deposit will not be refunded in case of a cancellation.
*Cancellations are accepted until 48 hours before arrival day. Later cancellations would lead to the charge of the total cost of the reservation.
*In case of 'no show' (cancellation without informing the hotel) the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
*In case of cancellations made during the stay, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
Hotel's Policy About Children
*Our hotel is not suitable for children under 15 as there are not safety precautions and any kind of recreations in the grounds for children. Also our hotel is a very calm and peaceful place where making noise would not be apropriate, and would disturb our other guests who came here for complete relaxation. However if your child is accompanied by a nanny, or there is the guarantee that you will accompany him/her all the time for the others not to get disturbed, then you are welcome to our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
Additional Beds
*We don't give roll away bed service for standard rooms. In the deluxe rooms, the luxury furniture has to be taken out for roll away beds. For guests who would prefer this service, the third person in the room costs 70 Euro's. We suggest that guests prefer to hire two standard rooms instead of roll away beds.

Airport Transfers
*Airport transfer is with fee. The transfer fee from the Bodrum airport to our hotel is 120 YTL.(about 56 EUR) . Please mention your transfer demands on our reservation form.
*Please inform the hotel in case of any transfer cancellations. If not informed, the transfer fee will be charged.
